Job Location:

  • 2nd Floor, FL 4/20, Malik Chambers, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Below NIPA Flyover, Block 5, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Job Type:

  • Full-time Internship leading to full time permanent job
  • Office based
  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timing: 11 am to 8 pm

Internship Program:

  • You will be trained about Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
  • You will be trained on how to handle the international clients
  • You will learn different digital media marketing methods and how to guide clients about them.
  • You will be trained on how to manage the international projects.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Masters (CS, IT, SE) or Inter with IT Diploma
  • Good academic background
  • Minimum six months experience in digital media agency
  • Good knowledge of digital media technologies (WordPress, SEO, Social Media, PPC, Paid Ads)
  • Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills
  • Tech-savvy and fast learner
  • Passion to make the life better and for that ready to do hard work with full focus.
  • Sharp Mind, Hardworking, punctual, and can-do it approach.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be trained about Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
  • You job will be to read the job posting and apply on the job posts carefully.
  • You will be trained on how to handle the international clients.
  • Other forms of digital media marketing

Package (during internship and on job training):

  • Stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month + Rs. 5,000 performance bonus during the 3 months full-time internship period.
  • Stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month + Rs. 10,000 performance bonus during the 3 months on job training.
  • Stipend of Rs. 35,000/- per month (7th, 8th & 9th month) + Rs. 15,000 performance bonus after successfully completing on job training.
  • Stipend of Rs. 40,000/- per month (10th, 11th and 12th month)+ Rs. 20,000 performance bonus
  • Bidding Executive Rs. 50,000 per month + many other benefits after completion of 1 year.

Allowances:

  • On successful completion of internship and on the job training you will get a performance-based package of Rs. 100,000/-.
  • This performance-based package will include following:
