The ideal candidate is someone who began their career in a junior role within a digital media agency and steadily progressed through different positions, gaining practical experience across multiple functions. They must have a clear understanding of how each task is executed at a high standard and possess the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and elevate the overall quality of work.
The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure that all media content—from social media campaigns to video production and digital advertising (SEO, PPC, Influencer)—meets strategic goals, brand standards, and deadlines.
